[2] Unbranded orders ship within 24hrs of processing on weekdays.

[3] We will provide a delivery estimate with your quote on branded purchases.

[4] Promosmart ships in every state via TNT.

[5] All orders receive a confirmation email and payment instructions. Once paid we will email tracking information for your package.

[6] Once orders are dispatched we are unable to re-direct deliveries.

[7] Our payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit.

[8] Invoices are processed and sent within 5 business days.
